Revision Manager Windows |
| The revision manager includes 4 different window types: one for browsing the contents of a project, another for browsing repositories, another for an engineer's working area, and another for browsing asset histories. |
Project Window
The project window displays a diagram of the trunk, commit points, tags, and branches within a project. This view shows graphically the relationships between branches, tags, and commit points, as well as the propagation of changes between branches. |
|
Repository Window
The repository window displays a hierarchy of the directories, projects, and assets within a repository. This view shows information about each directory, project, and/or asset. |
|
File System Window
The file system window displays a hierarchy of the directories and assets on the file system. This view shows information about each directory and/or asset, and provides a context in which to apply file system operations such as creating a directory or deleting a file. If a directory and/or asset is part of a working copy, the file system asset browser shows additional information related to revision control and the context in which to apply revision management operations such as updating and commiting. |
|
History Window
The history window displays a summary of the changes made to an asset or set of assets. The history is available for most repository objects, including assets, sets of assets, branches, tags. It is also available for assets in working copies. |
